Student Information and Engagement Sessions

It is a common education industry practice to arrange information and enrolment sessions for prospective students. With many students, staff, rooms and physical resources to coordinate, this can be a very labour intensive task.

STRATA has just introduced a set of powerful capabilities to support the management of Student Information and Engagement Sessions. Some of those capabilities include:

• Registration of Information, Interview and Enrolment type Engagement Sessions

• Booking of rooms, staff (including assignment of roles), and students for these sessions

• Informing Enrolment Officers of the availability of Engagement Sessions that are relevant to the student’s proposed Course

• Marking of students' attendance in the information session

• Sending notifications (SMS, emails) related to bookings and session events
